Concerning the Inscrutable Will of God
Today would have been wee sister's day to see the neurodevelopmentalist.
Had she not contracted a fever of 103. 4 early this morning.
And she still has it.
So. The babysitter has gone home. And sister has an appointment with the doctor in just a few hours.
Life is full of surprises.
We can't reschedule the evaluation. So we have to do a huge huge written report instead.
It's not going to work as well.
But see, God knew:
1., littlest Sister was already a bit under the weather and wouldn't perform well today.
2., Papa had too much work to accompany Mama to the appointment, anyway (though he wouldn't admit it).
3., I had too much school.
4., Babysitter had too much school.
And the list goes on.

Oh, dear, I'm sorry things didn't work out today! Poor M.W. having to drive all the way back home, and poor C. getting stuck sick. *sniff* Did M.W. ever get to hear any Allison Krauss? (Yes, I know I spelled the name wrong, but my brain is shot right now.)
Actuallt, Alothe Ilisse, I think you spelled it right. So, in the end, could we have had Lab? I guess not. Next week, however, we press on! Lord willing, that is.
Hope she feels better soon!
No, MW never got to hear any Alison Krauss. : (
